Our extensive network allows our referral partners to gain access to these resources without all of the leg work or time required for proper due diligence. We are constantly updating our preferred lender network to ensure not only the right products are available but the right service levels as well. Repeat clients and word of mouth references are our livelihood!

Each referral deal is carefully reviewed and we recommend a reasonable fee to charge the borrower. That fee is then split in one of a few ways, as agreed upon. The referrals partner gets paid within a few days of closing if not the next day. You control what you make, within reason. We do ensure the fee is balanced with the loan requirements to ensure the client receive the value.
Each referral partner will receive a 1099 statement at the end of each year for any earnings, as required by IRS guidelines. This give each partner the ability to accommodate any tax credits or deductions that you may qualify for. Please speak with your qualified tax professional for details.
Every referral partner has the ability to upload their logo and have a custom branded Quick App form when meeting new clients. Each client will then get their own client portal where they can review conditions, upload required docs, and status updates. Automatic notifications are sent to both the client and referral partner to ensure all parties are up to speed and in the know about each deal and where is stands. This can be setup in a variety of ways. You can even post the link to your Quick App and be notified if anyone fills out the form or enters and inquiry. No cost to you or our clients!
Many of our referral partner are LOs that focus mostly on primary residences with conventional or agency loan products. When investors come along, they don't have the bandwidth to learn new products to properly serve them or don't have the resources. We take on overflow from many of our partners to ensure their clients have the experience they deserve with a full referral option. Your clients are ALWAYS yours. We are in the business to build relationships with investors and referral partners, not take away from anyone's business or livelihood.
Most of the capital resources we work with offer some level of broker protection. Meaning, they will not bypass us or engage our clients without our permission or knowledge. Sometimes clients will reach out to lenders directly in order to bypass brokers. Our lenders alert us to this if it occurs, which is very rare, as our clients find much value in our services.
You will be under no obligation to meet any quotas or meet any production requirements. Purely a mutually beneficial relationship that also helps real estate investors find the financing they need.
